Let me introduce myself and tell you about my Great Tasting Beef Jerky Products.  My name is Walter Barrett and I'm a Beef Jerky Lover & Connoisseur from Way Back!

 I don't have to tell you there are many Beef Jerky Brands on the Market –Some Very Good - Some So So - and Some Not So Good! The Best Beef Jerky is made from Sliced Beef Rounds (Eye of Round and Top Round). Real Meat - Not the Processed and Formed Stuff! Some of my Favorite Brands produced with this type of meat are Little Joe's, Pappy Kershentines and Wild Bill's, all of which are Very Good Products!

About 15 years ago I decided to Give it a Whirl and make some of my own. I purchased a small dehydrator from my local Store came up with my own Special Secret Blend of Sauces, Herb and Spices and produced a product, which I consider to be The Best Beef Jerky On the Market! It's a combination of my Three Favorite Brands put together and all Rolled up into One.

 I own my own Street Rod Fabrication Shop and started taking this stuff to work to share with the guys. It would get eaten up as fast as I could make it. Next thing I know - They start asking me to sell them some! One day one of my Buddy's called me up and said "Do you have any Jerky - I'm Jones'n!". Thus the name Jones'n For Jerky was born!

 My Jerky is Hand Made from Sliced Angus Beef Eye of Round and marinated for 24 Hours. I personally hand slice every piece on a Berkel Commercial Meat Slicer and prepare my own Marinades with Premium Brand Sauces & Spices like (Kikkoman Soy & Teriyaki, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire, Wrights Liquid Smoke, Original Louisiana Hot Sauce & McCormick Spices) - Not the average Bargain Brand Generic stuff my competition uses! I have 2 commercial dehydrators which can produce up to 30 pounds of jerky per day! It's tender (won't rip your teeth out) and bursting with flavor. Just take One Bite and You'll Be Addicted!

 Several of My Local Bars are selling this in (1 Ounce) bags and are selling as much as 4 pounds (64 bags) a week! This stuff is Great with a Cold One! I'm also selling this stuff on Ebay and I'm getting Great Feedback from my customers! With the economy being the way it is, my Street Rod Business has slowed down.
